Harri Koponen - Board Member
Harri is a prominent senior telecom & technology executive currently serving as CCO of Nortal AS and CEO of Nortal OY. With over 30 years of leadership experience, he has held senior positions at leading information, telecom, and cyber technology companies across Europe, Middle East and the United States.
His diverse expertise extends beyond telecommunications to the energy sector and gaming industry, demonstrating versatility and strategic acumen across multiple technology domains.
Helge Raitanen - Managing Director
Helge is a distinguished senior telecom & technology executive and Founder & Chairman of QROI Limited. His impressive 30-year career spans various senior-level positions in telecom operators, vendors, and telecommunications equipment organizations across Europe, CIS countries, Middle East & Africa, and Asia. Prior to establishing QROI in 2011, Helge served as Group CTO of TeliaSonera Eurasia, overseeing technical operations across eight countries. His expertise encompasses strategic planning, network implementation, and large-scale project management at the highest executive levels.
Olli Tuohimaa - Board Member
Olli is an accomplished senior telecom & legal practice executive and founder of OTT Advisory FZE. Throughout his distinguished 30-year career, he has held various executive-level positions in legal practice and telecom operator organizations across Europe, CIS countries, Middle East, Asia, and the United States. His extensive expertise encompasses telecommunications regulatory matters, dispute resolution, M&A transactions, international joint ventures, and fundraising. Olli's strategic legal acumen has been instrumental in complex cross-border telecommunications deals and regulatory negotiations.
